Thank you for shopping at The Greedy Gift Shop. We want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions and we will try to be as brief with sharing them with you so that you may resume exploring what we have to offer. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase with The Greedy Giftshop, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Returns

If you have received a faulty Product, you have 30 days to request a refund and return your Product. If there is any other reason why the refund/or exchange is requested The Greedy Gift Shop can exercise its discretion in determining whether to issue an exchange/refund in full. Please note, that if you would like to return a Product, the Product must be In its original packaging and you are responsible for the shipping cost back to the Greedy Gift Shop.

Refunds

We work diligently to provide our customers with the best Products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with the utmost care. We do this to ensure that you receive a product of the best quality that you will fall in love with.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the Product that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory. In such cases, we will notify you about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered Product. We take utmost care while packing the Product(s). At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the Product won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that The Greedy Gift Shop is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit, transportation, and or shipping.

We will assess your returned Product as soon as we receive it and if it meets the guidelines stated above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase based on what has been determined by the Greedy Gift Shop team. Your refund may take a couple of days to be processed but you will be notified when the refund has been made.

Shipping

The Greedy Gift Shop is not responsible for return shipping costs. All shipping costs shall be paid by the Customer, even if the Product had free shipping in the first place, the Customer shall pay all shipping costs upon return.
